Fat disolving: little surplus fat depositions (double chin, belly, hips, knees, buttocks) can be reduced by tiny lipolytic injections after topical lidocain cream anaesthesia. The materials used are bile acids and derivates, that can disolve the fat, as well as transporting materials, that can help the disolved fat to reach the lymphatic system (Sagoni Melt, Derma stabilon, PPC+, L-Carnitine, Artichoke, Coffeine, Bellkira). We have one session in 3 weeks, 3-4 occasions can give visible results. It is not adviced to put on weight during the treatment, the result is visible, when the patient\u2019s weight is constant. We use different coctails for the various areas. The volume of the materials and the price of the therapy depend on the area to be treated. Preliminary consultation is necessary before the individual therapy. After the therapy we cover the area by a fenestrated bandage. Bathing is possible only on the following day. Haematoms may be seen, that disappear within a week.

An individual blending of radiofrequency, vacuum and ultrasound is effective for thightening the loose skin after pregnancy and fat disolving. Skin tightening with a roller and electroporator: a thinner skin can be strengthened by several tiny punctures using topical lidocain creme anaesthesia. After the roller strenghtening coctails are administered by an electroporator. Large areas, like the thighs, belly can be treated by a roller. The effective result will be seen after 3-4 occassions with one treatment in 5-8 weeks. We cover the treated area by a skin friendly covering . In order to allow the solution penetrate the surface , the treated area may not be exposed to water for 12 hours.
